How long are the delivery times?
Shipping is handled by WhiteWall. The exact delivery cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. Goods are usually delivered within 6–13 calendar days.
The delivery times are always stated in working days (Mon-Fri).

For non-EU countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may be subjected to customs duties, import VAT as additional costs, as well as extended delivery times. These vary from country to country.
What are the delivery options?
Your work will be shipped and delivered in the proven manner.
Standard delivery
With a standard delivery, your items are dispatched with one of our selected shipping partners:
- DHL
- DPD
- UPS
- TNT/FedEx
Depending on the selected configuration of your products, an estimated delivery time will be displayed in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation. This delivery time is given in working days and delivery takes place from Mon-Fri.
Convenience delivery for particularly large products
Comfort delivery is carried out via GEL or DHL. The delivery is carried out with a 2-man service and after prior appointment with you. The consignment is carried to the desired room. This delivery option is available for works with an edge length of 125 cm or more for an additional charge. You will find this option in step 2 of the ordering process under "Shipping". Please note that this will result in a longer delivery time.
Returns & Refund Policy for Custom Prints
Important: Personalized orders are non-refundable
Please note that each order placed in our store is produced individually — based on your selected photo, format, material, and other options.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Vitality Inframe OÜ work with the professional photo lab WhiteWall, which guarantees the highest quality in printing and packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact hello@vitalityinframe.com within 7 days of delivery — we will resolve the issue promptly.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Despite extensive and secure packaging, unforeseen circumstances can lead to orders being damaged during transit. We recommend accepting the shipment during delivery even if there is identifiable damage to the packaging.
Please take photos of the damage and contact Vitality Inframe OÜ as soon as possible at hello@vitalityinframe.com, attaching the images. Accepting the shipment and providing photos will help us begin the replacement process more quickly.
