Important: Personalized orders are non-refundable
Please note that each order placed in our store is produced individually — based on your selected photo, format, material, and other options.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Vitality Inframe OÜ work with the professional photo lab WhiteWall, which guarantees the highest quality in printing and packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact hello@vitalityinframe.com within 7 days of delivery — we will resolve the issue promptly.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Despite extensive and secure packaging, unforeseen circumstances can lead to orders being damaged during transit. We recommend accepting the shipment during delivery even if there is identifiable damage to the packaging.
Please take photos of the damage and contact Vitality Inframe OÜ as soon as possible at hello@vitalityinframe.com, attaching the images. Accepting the shipment and providing photos will help us begin the replacement process more quickly.
